Shipping, Returns and Exchanges

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped at no charge via USPS to United States addresses.  Signature is required for delivery, unless otherwise requested in the order notes at checkout.  Orders shipped at customer’s request without signature upon delivery are considered in the customer’s possession at the time they are delivered.  International orders are not available at this time.

Most orders are shipped within 1 business day of ordering: however, some orders may take up to 3 business days to process.  Should any unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified within 10 days of placing your order.

Made to order pieces (noted in item description) are shipped within 30 days.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your Vermeulen & Co. purchases.

All items may be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the following requirements:

1.  RA (Return Authorization) must be requested by email within 14 days of receipt of shipment, by emailing customerservice@vermeulenandco.com.  Please include your full name, order #, and item(s) to be returned.

2. The return shipment must be mailed within 5 days of the RA issue date.

Refunds will be issued for items returned in their original condition within 10 business days of receiving the shipment.  Funds will be credited back to your original method of payment.  We will email you once your return has been processed.

If you are not satisfied with your purchases, we would like to know the reason for the return.  This will help us improve our products in the future.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please place a new order for the item you want separately from returning your original purchase.  This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock.

Your return will be processed separately as per our Return policy listed above.
